In 2015, I started my first job at a trading company specializing in carbide materials in Changsha, working as the boss's assistant and sales representative. After three years of accumulating experience and deepening my understanding of the carbide industry, I noticed that most buyers were small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and they often struggled with inefficient communication and high minimum order quantities. This inspired me to establish a studio, Bless Carbide Co., Ltd., dedicated to providing flexible, small-batch supply chain services for SME buyers.
Today, with nearly 10 years of experience in carbide material supply chain management, I have helped companies such as ООО "Союз," JSC TVERDOSPLAV, and Ceramic Technologies Corp reduce their procurement costs by up to 30%.
Gaoyao Jinli Town in Guangdong Province is renowned as the "Hometown of Hardware." Learning that carbide tools are also widely used in mechanical processing, I established a small integrated factory equipped with laser cutting and CNC lathes in April 2025. The factory primarily produces hardware accessories for glass doors, such as stand off and shower room fitting sets. My husband, who has 15 years of experience in this field and maintains strong cooperative relationships with hundreds of suppliers, plays a key role in this venture. Together, we flexibly coordinate and collaborate to meet our clients' needs, delivering customized products with faster lead times and higher quality.
